Ansone Baiba

Ansone Baiba has extensive work experience in various accounting and management roles. In 1994, they worked as an Accountant at Statoil Fuel & Retail AS until 1996. From 1997 to 1999, they served as an Export Manager at Astros Logistics SIA. Ansone then took on the role of Head Accountant at SIA Belwood from 1999 to 2008. In 2011, they joined Draugiem Group as a CPA and Head of Accounting, where they handled full cycle accounting and management responsibilities until 2018. In 2008, they co-founded SIA Dielli. Currently, they are the Head of Accounting at Printful, an online drop-shipping and e-commerce company.

Ansone Baiba has a diverse education history in the fields of accounting, finance, and economics. In 1998, they completed a Master's degree in Economics at Latvijas Lauksaimniecibas Universitate, which they attended until 2002. Subsequently, in 2009 and 2010, Baiba pursued further studies in finance by obtaining a degree in International Financial Reporting Standards from the International Federation of Accountants IFAC. From 2014 to 2015, they attended the IAB International Association of Bookkeepers, where they focused on accounting to international standards, accounting, and advanced bookkeeping.
