Rui Coelho is the Head of PMO and Project Portfolio Management at PRIO since March 2017. Rui established and expanded the PMO, led strategic projects portfolio revision, and monthly reporting to the board. Additionally, Rui previously worked as an IT Business Partner at SONAE and held various roles at Indra, such as Project Manager, Product Manager, IT Consultant, and Software Developer. Rui holds a Master's degree in Information Management and Computer Science.
