Rodrigo Pereira is currently working at PRIO as Atração de Talento, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Prior to this, Rodrigo worked at NORAUTO PORTUGAL in HR with a focus on Employer Branding and Recruitment & Selection, and at MY CHANGE as a Consultant, specializing in projects such as Performance Evaluation and Organizational Change Management. Rodrigo also has experience as an Administrativo at Cooperativa Praia Cultural. Rodrigo is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Development Policies at ISCSP-ULisboa, after completing a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at the same institution.
