Regis Haberkorn has over twenty years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. From 1991 to 1998, they worked as Operations Manager at L'AMY Lunetier, where they co-founded the Spanish subsidiary and grew the company to $5M and over 20 employees. From 1998 to 2005, they were Vice President of Sales USA and Export Manager Europe and Middle East at SHISEIDO GROUP, Decleor and Carita. During this time, they drove the biggest territory of the company to over $20M Exw sales and opened all Eastern Europe countries. From 2005 to 2006, they were Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Davines/Comfort Zone North America, where they ramped up the North American business from $16M to $30M annual sales in 18 months. From 2006 to 2011, they were Chief Operating Officer and VP International Sales and Marketing at PRIORI Skincare, where they developed sales and marketing in 28 markets worldwide and reached $12M in annual Wholesale sales. From 2011 to 2013, they were CEO of the Body Care Division at Moroccanoil, where they delivered a 3-year strategic plan. From 2013 to 2016, they were President and COO at Babo Botanicals, where they created a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan and increased the company's valuation by 7x. From 2016 to 2017, they were President of Sales and Marketing at Inika Organic USA. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been President and co-owner at Priori Adaptive Skincare, where they have led and managed rebranding and relaunch, scaling and funding, full P and L, financial forecast and board management, procurement and supply chain, DTC strategy, product development and new technologies sourcing, international expansion, and B & M strategy.
Regis Haberkorn received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ICN Business School in 1991, with a focus in Finance and General. Prior to that, they earned their Baccalaureat C from Lycee Florent Schmidt in 1986, with a focus in Mathematics.
