We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Operations Associate to join our collaborative, fast-paced team based out of NYC.

In this role you will report to and work closely with the Director of Sales Operations and contribute to Priori’s sales and operations proceses to fuel growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in a career in sales operations/management, business analytics, or lead generation/marketing to gain responsibility and experience in a in a high-growth start-up environment.

You will:

  • Analyze and report business KPI metrics to senior management to help measure and achieve objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations to create data driven sales strategies and processes to improve sales and increase the efficiency of the team

  • Review, improve, and ensure data integrity within our CRM (Salesforce) and sales tech stack (Hubspot, Reply.io)

  • Gain exposure to numerous departments in this cross functional role including sales, marketing, operations, lead generation and IT/Development.

About You

  • Four year degree 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations role

  • You are process and solutions-oriented and pride yourself on exceptional analytical/logic skills

  • Strong Excel/CRM/Database skills including knowledge of how to use formulas and filters

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • No job too small, can-do attitude

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM a plus

  • Experience in the legal field a plus
