Jesus Sarmiento

Jesus Sarmiento has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jesus started their career at MMR Group as an Electrician, supervising field electrical installations and studying task specifications. Jesus then worked at Ardent Services LLC as an Electrician, where they ran underground conduits, installed electrical devices, and submitted daily progress reports.

Jesus then transitioned to GE Aviation as a Processor, determining specifications for repairing airplane turbine parts and handling material mixing and grinding. Jesus later joined MMR Group again, this time as an Electrical Quality Control Inspector, where they inspected electrical devices, prepared punch lists, and supported device installations.

After MMR Group, Jesus worked at Halliburton as an Associate Technical Professional Engineer, specializing in petroleum technology and fracturing methods and materials. Jesus then joined Kiewit as a Field/Office Engineer, where they scheduled projects, resolved construction problems, and prepared budget estimates and progress reports.

Currently, Jesus is employed at Priority Power as a Project Engineer, responsible for electric utility engineering and design studies. Jesus interfaces with electric utility companies, develops electric infrastructure solutions for clients, and manages the implementation of infrastructure projects. Jesus also prepares cost estimates, leads project execution, and mentors new hires.

Overall, Jesus has a comprehensive background in electrical engineering, project management, and quality control, with experience in various sectors such as aviation, oil and gas, and construction.

Jesus Sarmiento obtained their education in a systematic manner, starting with their attendance at South Texas College from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Science Engineering. Following the completion of their program, Jesus then went on to attend The University of Texas-Pan American, where they acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from 2012 to 2014.
