Gary Allen

Gary Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and product ownership, currently serving as the Proxy Product Owner for the Collaboration Tools Team at the DHS Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gary held positions as a Technical Product Owner at Zantech, where responsibilities included serving as a subject matter expert for the Army Contract Writing System, and as a Systems Engineer at MYMIC LLC and Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. Gary's background also includes significant tenure at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Air Force, where roles included Senior Systems Engineer and Communications-Information Officer, respectively. Gary holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy.
