Kazuko An Wachter

Kazuko An Wachter has been working in various roles since 2007. Kazuko started their career as an Associate - Corporate, Securities & IP/Tech Transactions at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP in 2007. In 2012, they moved to Moody's Analytics as the Legal Division Head - Content Solutions Division. In 2019, they joined PrismFP as the Chief Legal (General Counsel) and Strategy Officer. Kazuko also became a Founding Member of Chief in 2019 and a Board Member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York in 2020. In 2022, they became a Board Member of the Arnold & Porter Alumni Alliance Advisory Board.

Kazuko An Wachter received their J.D. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003, majoring in Philosophy, Politics and Economics; Asian Studies. Kazuko also holds certifications from FINRA for Series 24, 7, and 63, and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
