Dale Holdman

Dale Holdman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dale currently holds the position of Vice President of Patient Services & Employee Health at Prism Health North Texas, a role they have been in since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Clinic Supervisor at the same company from July 2020 to August 2021.

In 2016, Dale started their own business called Coaching Beyond LLC, where they worked as a Life, Career, and Executive Coach. Dale still owns and operates this business.

Dale also has experience in the retail industry, as they are the CEO and Owner of Outlines Mens Wear since November 2007. Dale'sresponsibilities include managing, buying, and ensuring the profitability of the store.

From November 2009 to December 2016, Dale worked at AxelaCare, where they held various leadership roles. Dale was the VP of Sales Operations, responsible for training the sales team and managing a large sales force. Dale also served as the VP of Clinical & Operational Training, where they developed training programs for success.

In their earlier years, Dale worked as the ER Director at Doctors Hospital Dallas Texas from September 2000 to September 2005.

Dale Holdman has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) with a focus on Management, HR, Leadership, and Organization from Dallas Baptist University. Dale also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Woman's University. In terms of additional certifications, Dale Holdman is a Motivators Practitioner Certified from 24/7Assessments, an Associate Certified Coach-ICF from the ICF International Coach Federation, and a Registered Nurse from the Texas State Board of Nursing. Dale is also an Everything DiSC Instructor, specializing in Workplace, Management, and Leadership.
