Bharath Manukonda

Bharath Manukonda is an experienced mining professional currently serving as Blasting Manager and Safety Officer at PRISM Cement - PRISM Johnson Limited since September 2021. In this role, Bharath leads an in-house project focused on optimizing PF, fragmentation, and cost-effectiveness. Previously held positions include Deputy Manager, where Bharath developed and managed mine plans to enhance fleet utilization. Bharath also served as Assistant Manager at Star Cement Ltd. and Engineer-Mines at Karnataka Granite Industries. Bharath began the professional career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Uranium Corporation of India Ltd. Bharath holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mining Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, obtained in 2016.
