Alisha Cronin

Alisha Cronin began her employment with Prism Real Estate Services in 2012 as Senior Property Manager with the acquisition of Park at Westridge and Clear View Apartments. Alisha successfully navigated their company’s first turnaround story with Clear View and quickly proved herself a valuable resource. As Regional Property Manager, Alisha executed a value-add turnaround plan and has overseen the operations of several properties including a multi-million-dollar renovation at University Villa. Alisha’s resume combines practical hands on property management experience having risen on site from leasing to property manager to regional manager with accounting, insurance, audit, and tax knowledge. This well-rounded understanding uniquely enables Alisha to view various components of her job holistically. Alisha has been one of the pillars of PRES’ foundation from the start and we are all better situated for continued success as a result of her involvement and input at PRES.
