Melissa Ryan is an accomplished claims specialist with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Specialist at PRISM since October 2022, Melissa has previously held significant positions including Senior Resolution Manager at Gallagher Bassett and Senior Unit Manager at Sedgwick. With a career spanning over 15 years, roles have included Unit Manager and Senior Claims Examiner at York Risk Services Group, as well as senior roles at Intercare Holdings Insurance Services and Athens Administrators. Melissa began the career as a Claims Assistant at Bragg and Associates and has built a solid foundation through various claims examination positions.
