Hef Matthews

Hef Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting with RR Donnelley in 2003, Hef worked as an Account Executive and later became the President of the Tulsa facility, overseeing operations and driving growth. During this time, Hef focused on web-to-print solutions and lean manufacturing principles. In 2017, Hef joined Disability Solutions as a Marketing and Sales Manager, responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies. After that, Hef worked at iCIMS as an Account Development Executive and later as an Account Executive, helping organizations improve their recruiting practices through cloud-based talent acquisition solutions. Currently, Hef is the Director of Business Development at Prisma Graphic, where they specialize in marketing operations and provide technology-enabled marketing logistics and print production capabilities.

Hef Matthews completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Before attending university, they graduated from Russellville High School between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Hef Matthews obtained a certification in Sales Enablement from the HubSpot Academy in December 2022.
