Neeraj Wadhera

Neeraj Wadhera has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Neeraj is currently the Senior Director of Software Engineering at PrismHR since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Paychex as a Senior Software Development Manager from July 2018 to June 2022. Neeraj also served as a Software Development Manager at Excellus BCBS from August 2016 to July 2018. Neeraj has a long tenure with Xerox, where they held various positions including Software Development Manager from March 2004 to July 2016 and Senior Software Engineer from August 2001 to February 2004. During their time at Xerox, they achieved significant accomplishments such as implementing an Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Platform and establishing an offshore development center in India. Neeraj began their career as a Software Engineer at WIDECOM from June 1995 to July 1996 and later worked as a Software Engineer at Xerox from July 1996 to January 1998. Neeraj's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Xelus from February 1998 to July 2001, where they played a key role in designing and implementing a Service Parts management application.

Neeraj Wadhera completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering (DYPCOE) in Akurdi, Pune. Neeraj attended this college from 1991 to 1995.
