Radhakrishnan Gopalakrishnan

Radhakrishnan Gopalakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Radhakrishnan is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at PrismHR since 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Accruent from 2015 to 2016 as a Senior Application Architect.

From 2000 to 2015, Radhakrishnan held multiple roles at VFA, including Senior Manager of Product Development, Manager of Sustaining & Platform Engineering, and Principal Software Engineer. During their tenure, they led and managed a team of application developers, set the direction for application development in partnership with product management, conducted technology evaluations, and designed a RESTful API for VFA products. Radhakrishnan also implemented various processes, conducted negotiations between business and engineering teams, and led major infrastructure upgrades.

Earlier in their career, Radhakrishnan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at VFA, where they developed a funding analysis tool and implemented reporting requirements. Radhakrishnan also retrofitted the legacy framework to support Internationalization and localization.

Before joining VFA, they were a Senior Consultant at VFA where they designed and implemented an upload service and created adaptors for CMMS systems.

Radhakrishnan started their career as a Web Developer at Boatscape in 1999 and as a Software Engineer at Software Technology International in 1998.

Radhakrishnan Gopalakrishnan completed their education in a chronological order. From 1980 to 1994, they attended Sri Jayendra Swamigal Silver Jubilee School, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following this, from 1994 to 1998, they attended Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science.
