Mark Minasian

CEO & Co-Founder at Pristine Environments Inc.

Mark is a highly regarded industry executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in facility services outsourcing. His entry into the market began in 1984 when, along with his brother and sister, he co-founded Bergensons Property Services Inc. in San Diego, California.

In 2000, he began the successful national expansion of the firm by focusing on retail service contract consolidations. By 2004, Bergensons was operating in 32 states. In 2005, Mark and management partnered with a Boston-based private equity firm and in 2007, he was named CEO. By 2010, Bergensons operated in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. In 2011, Mark partnered with Kohlberg and Company and Kellermeyer Building Services to form Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS). In 2014, after successfully leading the transformational KBS merger, Mark partnered with GI Partners, positioning KBS as the leading technology-enabled, multi-sector facility services platform in North America. After continued growth in both existing and new market sectors, in 2019, Mark led the company into a new chapter of development as KBS transitioned to an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L. P.

In 2020, as the COVID-19 crisis fundamentally changed entire business landscapes, Mark successfully led the KBS team in a major pivot for the company, deepening partnerships at scale, keeping essential services operating, and allowing for the reopening of many business sectors. Mark’s leadership continues to focus on delivering healthy operations that enable clients to stay ahead of the curve during these dynamic times.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from The University of San Diego and served as a captain in the United States Army Reserve.
