David Hirsch

David Hirsch is CFO of the Operations Group at Pritzker Private Capital. David has over fifteen years of experience in financial consulting and auditing.

David began their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor. David spent five years there before moving to Crowe Horwath LLP in May 2008. At Crowe Horwath, David was Transaction Services Manager. In this role, they consulted on over fifty middle-market public and private deals, providing financial due diligence primarily to private equity and corporate acquirers. David also advised clients in sell-side, carve-out, and specialty financing transactions.

In their ten years at Crowe Horwath, David managed engagements that included analysis of historical and projected financial results, quality of earnings, and working capital. David also integrated tax and information technology due diligence. David identified and advised clients on purchase price adjustments and accounting, financial, and operational risks. David reviewed and consulted on company valuation models and purchase agreements. David has extensive deal experience in the manufacturing, financial services, technology, distribution, retail, and transportation industries.

David Hirsch holds a Master of Accounting Science from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same school. David is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).

They are on a team with Miguel Roman - Accounts Payable Clerk, Renee Stock - Fund Controller, and Amanda Essay - Finance Manager, Operations Group. David Hirsch reports to Stephanie Paine, Partner & CFO.
