Tom Leverton

Operating Partner, Services at Pritzker Private Capital

Tom Leverton is the current Operating Partner for Services at Pritzker Private Capital. Tom has held various leadership positions at different companies throughout their career. These companies include CEC Entertainment, TopGolf, FedEx, and TXU.

Leverton began their career as a Biomedical Engineer for Johnson and Johnson MD&D. Tom later transitioned into management and strategy consulting with Bain & Company. In 2000, they joined TXU as the Director of Strategy (Finance).

In 2002, Leverton left TXU to join FedEx as the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for FedEx Kinko's. In 2008, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Energy Future Holdings. Tom then became the CEO of Omniflight in 2010 and held that position for two years.

In 2013, Leverton became the CEO of TopGolf. Tom held that position for a year before moving on to become the CEO of CEC Entertainment in 2014. Tom held that position for six years until 2020 when they became an Operating Partner at Pritzker Private Capital.

Tom Leverton graduated from Duke University in 1994 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tom then went on to earn their MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 1998.

They are on a team with Caitlin Valko - Receptionist, Jeff Carlson - Principal & Head, Technology, and Anish Sharan - Head, Digital Transformation. Some direct reports include Benjamin Barry - VP, Services, Zell Fellow - VP, Services, and Eric Kieras - Investment Partner, Services. Tom Leverton reports to Tony Pritzker, Chairman & CEO.
