Aaron Gonzales has a diverse work experience in event coordination and management. Aaron began their career in 2006 as a Pet Nutrition Specialist at Nutro Products, where they conducted in-store demos and educated customers about the benefits of Nutro products. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Interpretive Student Aid at East Bay Regional Park District, assisting in teaching interpretive programs and managing gift shop inventory.
In 2010, Aaron joined Chabot Space & Science Center as a Visitor Services Associate, where they greeted and assisted visitors and also worked in event coordination. Aaron later became a Sales Coordinator, managing internal and external event logistics and implementing new policies and procedures.
In 2011, Aaron joined Aspiranet as a Program Coordinator, providing informal educational lessons and enrichment activities to elementary school students. Aaron then moved to Chabot Space & Science Center as a Programs and Events Manager, where they successfully executed public programs and events, private facility rentals, and youth scout groups.
At SPiN Global, Aaron worked as an Event Sales Coordinator, managing calendars, processing payments, and creating event floor plans. During their time at SAP as a Marketing Event Coordinator, they managed logistics for conferences and global roadshows, as well as employee engagement events.
From 2019 to 2022, Aaron worked at Medallia, starting as a Marketing Events Specialist and later becoming the Marketing Events Manager. In this role, they managed tier 1 conferences, launched the Medallia Experience Community, and assisted with various other events and programs.
Currently, Aaron is working as a Marketing Events Coordinator at Privacera, where they are responsible for coordinating marketing events. Overall, Aaron has gained valuable experience in event coordination, management, and marketing throughout their career.
Aaron Gonzales completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Rio Hondo College from 2004 to 2006. Aaron then attended California State University - East Bay from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with an emphasis in Biology, Ecology and Conservation. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Aaron pursued a Certificate of Achievement in Business Supervision Management at Ohlone College.
