Cecilia Kengoro Mutabanura

Cecilia Kengoro Mutabanura is an accomplished investment specialist currently serving at the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) as part of the Young Africa Works program, where significant achievements include leading national strategy implementation and creating over 3,500 work opportunities. With a robust background in private sector development, Cecilia has coordinated impactful initiatives such as the SusTech4Africa Challenge and facilitated Belgian Economic Missions, resulting in successful business agreements. Prior to these roles, Cecilia established and managed 2Travel2 Safaris Limited, driving significant revenue growth. Experience at the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce & Industry involved enhancing service delivery and policy advocacy, while early career contributions at PSFU focused on trade development and community engagement. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and a recent certification in Responsible Leadership and Sustainable Business Practices.
