Jaspher Onyong Bua

Jaspher Onyong Bua is a seasoned professional in agricultural development and business support, currently serving as a Business Development Services Officer-Agriculture at the Private Sector Foundation Uganda since November 2022. With previous roles including Snr. Program Officer for Market System Intervention at Save the Children International, Project Officer for Resilience and Livelihood at World Vision Uganda, and Business Counselor for the STRYDE Project at TechnoServe, Jaspher has demonstrated expertise in designing strategies for increasing productivity and profitability in agricultural value chains. With a foundational background as NAADS Coordinator in the Karamoja region, complemented by academic credentials including a current MSc in Agri Enterprises Development from Gulu University and a BSc in Agriculture from Uganda Martyrs University, Jaspher consistently focuses on youth empowerment, sustainable practices, and community resilience.
