Elsa Triboul

Elsa Triboul has a wealth of experience in customer experience, business development, and project management. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Customer Experience for both Privateaser and JOY. Prior to that, they were a Partner & Assessor at Time for the Planet in 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they held multiple roles at LetsBuild, including Region Manager - Enterprise Accounts (France & DACH), Region Manager (DACH), Project Team Lead (France), Customer Success Manager (France & DACH), and Business Developer (Rest of the World) - GenieBelt. In 2016, they launched green startup projects for Ecoco Organics, Løs Market, and Tiny Gardens. In 2015, they worked as a Business Developer & Sales Representative for Nutrisens. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Management Consultancy for Start-ups at Starter GmbH. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they were an International Wind and Solar Project Manager and Project Manager at Green Energy 3000 GmbH.

Elsa Triboul obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau between 2008 and 2011. Elsa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at NEOMA Business School from 2012 to 2015, and also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Copenhagen Business School in 2014.
