Erin Barden

Erin Barden has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as a Receptionist Assistant at Sunnyside Retirement Community in 2015. In 2016, Erin joined UVA Health System as a Wellness Advocate and later became an Administrative Intern. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Associate at Princemichel Vineyard & Winery and also served as a Business Office Manager at Whole Woman's Health, LLC, where they managed office operations and provided executive assistance. In 2019, Erin worked as a Business Office Manager at Medical Facilities of America. They then joined NurseSpring in 2020 as a Staffing Coordinator, where they recruited and managed clinical staff. Erin also worked at the Virginia Department of Health as a Population Health Investigator, collecting epidemiological information and guiding institutes on CDC's COVID guidelines. Currently, Erin is working as a Population Health Associate at Privia Health, starting in 2021.

Erin Barden earned a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management with a concentration in Public Relations from Liberty University. This was completed from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Erin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Service Administration from James Madison University, which was accomplished from 2012 to 2016.
