Michael Sgroi

Michael Sgroi is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Privy Pro since January 2023, Michael previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Trility Consulting, where contributions included interviewing potential hires, crafting technical screening processes, and managing project activities across various contracts. Additional experience encompasses software development roles at Workiva, where Michael developed critical front and back-end components in Java, Python, and Dart, and engaged in code quality initiatives.
