Zack Polidoro

Zack Polidoro is currently the General Counsel at Prizeout. Zack has experience working in venture capital / M&A, finance, and corporate & restructuring. Zack began their career as a summer associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in 2012. Zack then worked as a corporate & restructuring associate from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Mayer Brown as a finance associate. Zack was on secondment at Société Générale from August to December 2017. Zack left Mayer Brown in 2019 to join TechGC as General Counsel.

Zack Polidoro attended Bard College for their undergraduate degree, where they studied philosophy. Zack then attended New York University School of Law for their Juris Doctor (J.D.).
