Suki has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Dispatcher for Valor Security Services in 2007. From there, they progressed to Sergeant / Supervisor and then Assistant Director of Security and Public Safety. In 2012, Suki moved to Premera Blue Cross, where they held a variety of roles, including Change and Release Manager (VUE Systems Administrator), Account Service Liaison, Licensing & Affiliation Analyst, and Underwriting Operations Admin. In 2018, Suki joined Google as a Release Manager for Software, Self-Driving Car, and also began working at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. as a Change and Release Manager - IT Service Management. In 2019, Suki joined Microsoft as Business Program Manager, Customer Experience & Success and Technical Program Manager - Release, MSR AI+R. Most recently, in 2021, Suki was appointed Head of Customer Success at PrizePool.

Suki completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Sciences and Technology - Design and Development from Penn State University in 2019.
