Tatch Poolprasert

Tatch Poolprasert currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Statrys, focusing on digital banking solutions for SMEs. Previously, Tatch held the position of Regional Director at Horton International, where the emphasis was on business development with foreign clients in Thailand and Indochina. Tatch also founded Ruby Pineapple LLC, an eCommerce venture, enhancing sales through digital marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes roles such as Enterprise Account Director at LinkedIn, where client relationships and HR strategies were key priorities, and Country Manager Thailand & Group Director APAC at MGB International Limited, overseeing operations and HR functions across multiple regions. Tatch's career began as a Business Manager at Danone Waters and an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Tatch holds an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Central Michigan University, along with a double business degree from EM Normandie Business School.
