Gavi Elkind

Gavi Elkind serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Prizmah since January 2022. Previously, Gavi held the position of Assistant Head Of School and Director of Admissions at JCDS, Boston's Jewish Community Day School, where responsibilities included overseeing school operations, managing family communications, and developing strategic enrollment initiatives. Gavi's earlier roles include Development Officer for Major Gifts and Campaign Planning at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where solicitation materials for high-value campaigns were prepared, as well as Development Analyst at UCSF, focused on donor engagement for cancer programs. Additional experience includes positions at American Jewish World Service, Wesleyan University, Brandeis Hillel Day School, and DeLeT, showcasing a strong background in admissions, marketing, and educational leadership. Gavi holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in College of Letters from Wesleyan University and a California State Teaching Credential from Hebrew Union College.
