Rob Lawrence

Rob Lawrence is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Kitchen Equipment Trainer at PFSbrands since July 2021, Rob plays a crucial role in supporting food brands and corporate training initiatives. Previously, Rob worked as a Chef Consultant from January 2011 to July 2021, along with a significant tenure as an Event Chef at Kensington Caterers, Inc. from October 2006 to July 2021. Rob's leadership capabilities were honed as a Senior Restaurant Manager at Pat & Oscar's and further developed in positions such as Chef at San Vicente Inn & Golf Club, Kitchen Supervisor at Barona Resort & Casino, and Culinary Production Manager at La Casa del Zorro. Early career experiences included roles in catering and as a Lead Banquet Cook at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Rob holds a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, complemented by education at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
