Anita Koch

Anita Koch has a strong work history with experience in various roles and organizations. Anita is currently working as the CFO & Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung at Pro Juventute since March 2022. Prior to this, Anita worked at the Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht FINMA, where they served as the CFO from September 2014 to June 2019 and as a Senior Spezialistin Aufsicht from April 2011 to August 2014. Before joining FINMA, Anita worked at KPMG AG, Schweiz as a Manager Wirtschaftsprüfung from September 2004 to April 2009. Anita also worked at Siemens Demag Delaval Turbomachinery Ltd. as a Buchhalterin from December 2002 to July 2004, and at Aargauische Kantonalbank, where they completed their Banklehre and worked as an Allfinanzberaterin from August 1997 to January 2002.

Anita Koch has a diverse education history. Anita obtained a CAS Rhetorik und Moderation degree from MAZ - Institut für Journalismus und Kommunikation in 2022. In 2021, they completed the Professional Scrum Master PSM I + II program at Scrum.org. In 2019, Anita pursued further education at the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern, earning a CAS Project Management und Re-Engineering degree. Anita also obtained a CAS Digital Transformation degree from the same institution in 2018. Additionally, Anita completed a CAS Strategic Leadership program at FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences in 2016. Furthermore, they became a diplom. Wirtschaftsprüferin (Certified Public Accountant) through EXPERTsuisse in 2009. Anita's educational journey also includes earning a Dipl. Betriebswirtschafterin HF (Diploma in Business Administration) from HKV Aarau between 1999 and 2002.
