Overnight Valet Supervisor at Propark Mobility

Skylar has showed leadership, initiative, and knowledge of how to properly manage an overnight shift here at the Hilton. Not only does she go ABOVE AND BEYOND, but she has proven herself to be mindful of customer service and how to provide that with exceptional results. Skylar has created signs and words of affirmation for all Valet Attendants to perform better at their jobs, and it has helped tremendously! She has taken the time to improve processes that she have put in place and some that needed to get rid of, due to the lack of results these protocols were making. For example, she implemented signs in the garage where it reminds Valet Attendants to “Honk around corners” and has prevented at least 2 claims (maybe more) by giving that constant reminder with her signs, to always honk around corners. There were two close calls that may have not been prevented if the Valet Attendant did not honk his horn, alerting a guest who was coming around the garage corner way too fast. Skylar has always shown up on time, never late, and her communication with her and the staff is impeccable. She truly takes pride in her work–and noticed that from Day 1! She impresses by how her managerial mindset takes over, and truly creates a working space of productivity and gratitude for others. Skylar is always smiling and making sure all guests are well taken care of. She is the ROCKSTAR for the overnight shift, and truly gives her a peace of mind, as she do not have to worry about the overnight shift not being on top of things.
