Loren von Sternberg

Loren von Sternberg (Desmond) is an experienced recruitment leader with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Pro-Recruitment Group since January 2016. In this role, Loren focuses on recruiting, retaining, and developing talent through various HR and wellbeing initiatives. Previously, Loren held the position of Internal Recruitment Manager and specialized as a Principal Consultant for HR within the charities and not-for-profit sectors. Prior experience includes a lead role at Aspire Recruitment, and positions at Work Solutions, Oxford University Press, and Pitney Bowes. Loren holds a CIPD Level 5 HRM Diploma and a degree in Physiology with Pharmacology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
