Larry Frans

Larry Frans is an experienced operations and general management professional with a strong background in manufacturing. Currently serving as General Manager at PRO-TECH Design & Mfg, Inc. since February 2021, Larry oversees operations of a growing medical device manufacturing facility. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Taylor Farms, where Larry improved customer satisfaction and financial performance, and Operations Manager at Garnett Wood Products, implementing continuous process improvements. Larry held various roles at Martin Sprocket & Gear, including Regional Manager, and was pivotal in managing multiple sites at IFCO Systems.
