Michelle Grenier has over three decades of experience in organizational development and management within various industries. Currently serving as Vice-présidente développement organisationnel at Proaction International since 2006, Michelle previously held the position of Directrice for the engine maintenance division at Air Canada from 2004 to 2006. Prior experience includes serving as Directrice in consulting services at KPMG from 1997 to 2004, Chargée de projets at PVA Groupe Conseil from 1992 to 1997, and Conseillère at Alexander Proudfoot from 1989 to 1992. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from HEC Montréal between 1983 and 1986.
