Andi Grey

Andi Grey is the current Chief of Staff at Proactive Talent. Andi has a background in online business management and office administration. Andi started their career as an Office Manager at MitchelLake Group in April 2015. Andi helped entrepreneurs of small businesses and scale-ups free up their time by providing operational support so they could focus on managing business challenges that only they could solve. In August 2018, Andi moved to Mundane Managed where they took on the role of Online Business Manager. During their time there, they planned and executed the company’s first company retreat. In December 2018, Andi joined Proactive Talent as their Chief of Staff.

Andi Grey has a type of advanced high school diploma in the field of art/illustration, journalism, theatre/performing arts from Cimarron Memorial High School.

They are on a team with Chris Jeans - Lead Consultant, Hiring Services, Michelle Swatek - People Operations Manager, and Travis Triggs - Principal Consultant, Talent Attraction. Andi Grey reports to Will Staney, Founder & CEO.
