Ryan Affolter is the Director of Recruitment Marketing at Proactive Talent. Ryan was previously with Talroo, where they served as Senior Account Executive and Solutions Consultant for Recruitment Marketing. Ryan is an industry expert in the areas of Human Capital Management, digital technology, recruitment, and has a proven record of helping companies find the best talent sources from across the web. Ryan has led prospecting, sales and new business development for Talroo, including on-site client presentations and pitches to C-Level and Director audiences. Ryan also has experience leading full sales cycles from discovery through post-sale implementation. Ryan attends industry conferences in HCM, digital technology, recruitment and related fields, such as HRtech, TAtech, SHRM and ERE.

Ryan Affolter has a B.S. in Mass Communication - Integrated Adverting & Public Relations from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
