Alicia Buchta

Alicia Buchta is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent at ProAmpac since September 2022. Before this position, Alicia held multiple HR management positions at ProAmpac and Pactech Packaging, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate human resources functions and managing talent development initiatives. Alicia also worked as a Life Coach at Deeply Rooted between September 2020 and November 2022 and is a certified life coach through The Life Coach School. Education was completed at Niagara University.
