Manager - PCF Reporting And Policy Support at ProAssurance

Erik Patko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Erik started their career at The Jay Group in 2011, where they worked as a Corporate Trainer and later as a Supervisor in the Contact Center. In these roles, they developed curriculum, trained clients, and maintained positive relationships with multiple clients simultaneously. Erik then joined Chewy.com in 2015 as a Learning Specialist, where they developed companywide curriculum and trained thousands of employees in a fast-paced environment. In 2017, they worked at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. as a Trainer and Developer, where they created training materials, conducted classes, and implemented call quality evaluations. Currently, Erik is the Manager of PCF Reporting and Policy Support at ProAssurance since 2018. Before that, they worked as a Supervisor of Customer Experience & Engagement, overseeing National Operations Technician and Specialist teams, promoting positive relationships, and managing phone coverage.

Erik Patko completed their secondary education at Penncrest High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a Diploma in General Studies. Following this, they attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued a BSE Secondary Education degree with a focus on Social Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Erik has obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they obtained a PA Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's License from the PA Insurance Department. In September 2019, they completed the certification course for Financial Basics Everyone Should Know through LinkedIn. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Holding Yourself Accountable, also through LinkedIn. Most recently, in January 2020, Erik completed a certification course in De-Escalating Intense Situations, again through LinkedIn.
