Barry Bir has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2015, they were a Territory Sales Representative at Lincare Holdings, Inc., where they were awarded the QP3 Training Sales Award in October 2015. In 2017, they became a Marketing Associate at Sysco. In 2018, they joined the US Army as a Combat Engineer. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Business Development at TIDAL. In 2022, they became a Business Development Representative at both Probely and SellX. Theircurrent role at Probely entails working with Security and DevOps teams to reduce risk across web applications and RESTful APIs. At SellX, they work to acquire customers by launching customizable campaigns to a network of top performing sales reps.

Barry Bir received their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Arkansas State University in 2014, and a Minor in Marketing from the same university.
