Lutz Hilbrich

Lutz Hilbrich, MD, MBA has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Lutz currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ProBioGen AG since June 2020. In addition, they hold multiple roles at MiGenTra GmbH, including Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer, both starting in 2021. Prior to these positions, Lutz Hilbrich worked at Sanofi from 2015 to 2020, where they held various leadership roles including VP, Head Biosimilars Platform in China and Head of Strategic Task Force China Biologics. Before joining Sanofi, they worked at Boehringer Ingelheim as the Global Head Integrated Program Management Biosimilars Business and as an Executive Director. Lutz Hilbrich also obtained an MBA from New York University in 2009.

Lutz Hilbrich, MD, MBA pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning with their medical studies at Julius-Maximilians University, Wuerzburg. From 1987 to 1994, they obtained their MD degree specializing in Medicine from this institution. More recently, from 2007 to 2009, they attended NYU Stern School of Business where they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Change Management and Leadership.
