Nicki Chin

Nicki Chin has a diverse work experience in the field of life sciences and laboratory operations. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Head of Lab Operations at Probius. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Service Lab Leader at Resolve BioSciences. In 2020, they held the position of Sr. Director of Commercial Operations at PlexBio Co., Ltd. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, specializing in genomic products for inherited diseases and prenatal diagnosis. From 2008 to 2018, they were a Sr. Application Specialist at Affymetrix, where they provided support, training, and scientific presentations on GeneChip products. With Amgen San Francisco, they served as a Sr. Associate from 2005 to 2007, contributing to small molecular therapeutic target discovery. Nicki'scareer started at Genzyme Transgenic Washington Lab as a Research Associate from 1995 to 1998, followed by a role as Sr. Research Associate at Cohesion Technology in 1999. Nicki also worked at Stanford University School of Medicine from 1999 to 2005 as an LSRA.

Nicki Chin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Nutritional Sciences from Taipei Medical University from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued further education at Cornell University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Molecular Genetics in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
