Erik Schutz

Erik Schutz is the President and Co-CEO at Procare HR, where Erik has been since August 2017. Prior to this, Erik worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Lazard Middle Market for three years. Before transitioning into the business world, Erik served in the US Army for four years, holding various leadership roles such as Civil-Military Operations Officer, Logistics Officer, Company Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
