Isak Flores, CSM®, has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Isak began their career in 2012 as a NO/CC Attractions Lead/Trainer at Disneyland Resort, where they gained experience in training and leadership. In 2014, Isak worked as an Academic Advisor at Orange County Community Housing Corporation/SteppingUP, providing guidance and support to students. Isak then transitioned to a role as a Customer Service Representative at Oportun in 2015, where they focused on delivering excellent customer service. Continuing to expand their skill set, Isak took on the role of Hotel Guest Services Duty Manager at LEGOLAND California Resort in 2015, honing their management and customer service skills. In 2016, Isak worked as a Financial Advisor at WFG - World Financial Group, assisting clients with financial planning and strategies. In 2017, they joined Mossy Nissan Poway as a Sales Consultant, gaining experience in sales and negotiation. Concurrently, Isak also served as an IT Project Manager at Seaside Sales and Marketing, overseeing IT projects. Currently, Isak holds the position of Project Manager at Procede Software, where they bring their project management expertise to guide and oversee the successful execution of projects. Isak's diverse background and range of skills make him a valuable asset in project management and the business world.

Isak Flores, CSM®, received a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2015. Their field of study included Mexican-American/Chicano Studies and Criminal Justice. In November 2021, Isak obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
