Ed Hein

Ed Hein is an experienced consultant currently with ProcellaRX, LLC since April 2024. Previously, Ed served as Senior Manager of Digital Product Excellence at LifeScan from October 2018 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing software testing strategies and reporting on testing effectiveness metrics. At Johnson & Johnson from July 2015 to October 2018, Ed expanded the verification and validation (V&V) testing team coverage by implementing automation tools and managing diverse testing teams across multiple locations. Prior roles include managing global Quality Control testing at Honeywell Process Solutions (2008-2015), leading IT and computer systems validation at GlaxoSmithKline (1999-2008), and working as a System Configuration and Validation Engineer at Panacea Technologies (1998-1999). Ed began the career as a Project Engineer at Moore Products Co. between 1996 and 1999. Educational qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State Harrisburg and associate degrees in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology and Drafting & Design from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
