Emma Clark

Emma Clark has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Emma'smost recent role is as the Head of Delivery at Procentia starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BT where they held various positions including Digital Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, SAM IT Project Manager, IT Partner Manager, and Senior IT Partner Analyst. Before BT, Emma worked at EE as a Vendor Analyst, supporting the order management process and contributing to a Quality Management system. Emma also has experience at UNIT4 UK as a Project Support Team Leader, Sector Co-ordinator, and Sales Administrator. Additionally, Emma has worked at the Environment Agency, Adecco & Morgan West, Churngold Recycling Limited, and BOC Temperature Controlled Services in different roles.

Emma Clark attended Marlwood Secondary School from 1991 to 1996. Emma obtained additional certifications including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2021, and APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and APM Project Fundamentals Qualification from the Association for Project Management in 2020.
