Join us as an Equity Administrator at PROCEPT BioRobotics and support our internal stakeholders under the VP, Deputy General Counsel. Your mission? To manage our equity programs and related SEC filings, ensuring seamless equity operations as we continue to expand. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Primary responsibility for the administration of the company's stock plans for all employees in the U.S. and globally, working closely with the company's transfer agent and, outside service providers, and internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain transaction details; file SEC forms 3, 4, and 5 as needed.
  • Coordinate 10(b)5-1 trading plans and annual review of providers
  • Respond to questions and requests from employees, management, and third-party vendors supporting employee understanding of stock plan services, plan enrollment, and transactions
  • Partner effectively and proactively with human resources, legal, tax, payroll, mobility, and accounting to implement and address equity compensation initiatives
  • Maintain record keeping of our equity data using Shareworks, Workiva, and Computershare
  • Prepare and coordinate tax reporting documentation in support of the company’s stock plans
  • Provide support and project management to our attorneys in other aspects of PROCEPT’s legal work, as needed
  • Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

  • 2+ years experience in a position responsible for equity administration at a law firm, consulting firm, or in-house at a public corporation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in understanding global equity programs and multiple equity award types
  • High personal standards of excellence and ethics, as well as the ability to act with discretion and sensitivity
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to coordinate with a team of external or internal contributors
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, with an aptitude for learning new applications.
  • Self-starter with an ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills and juggling multiple matters

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess

  • Paralegal certificate or Certified Equity Professional certificate a plus
  • Experience with Shareworks, Workiva, and Computershare.
