Randy Large, Chief Operations Officer, has been a part of the PESCO team since 2019.
Randy became COO after consulting for PESCO for 5 years. He is the Principal of Randall Large Consulting, a consulting firm providing Executive Coaching, Leadership and Organizational Development services. He is also Author of the book, “20 Something Ideas: The Thoughts, Beliefs, & Behaviors of True Success.”
His career has included Color Tec as National Sales Director, San Juan College as the Interim Director of Business & Industry Training, the New Mexico Governor’s Office as a School-To-Work Facilitator for the King and Johnson Administrations, Director of the San Juan Safe Communities Initiative, and the Owner of Sherrie’s Studio, which he sold after 20 years of operation in 2016 to focus on consulting full-time.
Randy worked with San Juan College to develop a curriculum to teach Work Ethics to hard-to-serve individuals on public assistance and expanded it to help people in recovery from addiction, while volunteering for several years at Four Winds Recovery Center, as well as AXIS, a jail-based meth treatment program for women in San Juan County.
Randy is past President and former board member of People Assisting the Homeless and Leadership San Juan. He has also served on the boards of Totah Behavioral Health, San Juan Safe Communities Initiative, and San Juan County Partnership.
