Tom Senior

Tom Senior has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tom recently joined PST Process Sensing Technologies as the VP M&A. Prior to this, they worked at Survitec where they held multiple positions including Business Development / Transformation Director and Director of Strategy Corporate Development. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing strategic planning processes, leading transformation and change management initiatives, and overseeing successful transformation programs. Tom also played a key role in M&A activities, including pipeline development and deal execution. Before Survitec, Tom worked at Chemring Group PLC as the Group Strategy Manager, where they designed and implemented a strategic planning process and supported M&A transactions. Tom also has experience at VT Group International as a Strategy Manager and M&A Project Manager, where they were involved in strategic planning, market segmentation, and M&A initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Team Leader, overseeing FX tracking and account reconciliation. Overall, Tom has a strong background in strategy, transformation, and M&A.

Tom Senior completed their education history with a MSc (with Distinction) degree in Project Management & Leadership from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (2.1 - Hons) degree in Business & Information Technology from Solent University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
