Paola Marcela Lenis Velandia

Paola Marcela Lenis Velandia is a seasoned automation engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as a Senior Automation Engineer at PROCTEK since March 2018. In this role, Paola provides support for the operations of existing SCADA systems and leads the development and testing of new facilities and gas lift wells using PLC programs, HMI, and cause and effect analysis. Prior to this, Paola worked as a Control Engineer at Proctek S.A.S from December 2010 to March 2018, where contributions were made to various projects in Colombia, Ecuador, and Chile, focusing on the implementation of new automation and control systems. Beginning in August 2010, Paola had an internship at Proctek Ltda, assisting with panel drawings and testing. Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Automation Electronic Engineering from Universidad de La Salle and a Project Management diploma from EAN, along with an academic background in systems from Colegio Nuestra Señora del Rosario and English studies at Centro Colombo Americano.
