Abhishek Panda

Abhishek Panda is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, currently serving as the Director of the E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing Excellence Program for the Gillette India Business since July 2013. With a strong focus on developing leadership strategies, standardizing processes, and enhancing organizational performance, Abhishek drives critical business goals and operational excellence. Previously, Abhishek held leadership roles in the APAC Grooming Business Unit and as a Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager. Abhishek also contributed to operations at Gillette India's Bhiwadi plant, as well as completed a summer internship at Procter & Gamble and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at MindTree Ltd. Academically, Abhishek holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Burla.
